This year, we are once again preparing fun and entertaining activities! In addition to Hungarian carnival traditions, we are bringing the customs of other countries and cultures as well.

While the grown-ups enjoy the festivities, the little ones won’t be left without entertainment either.

Get creative and join the Carnival Mask-Making Contest! You can bring a handmade mask or even a drawing of your carnival mask—everyone will vote for their favorites, and the best ones will win surprise prizes! There will also be a paper theater storytelling session and slide film screening for children.

Meanwhile, a hearty stew will be cooking for hungry guests, and there will be hot tea and mulled wine for thirsty visitors. Of course, doughnuts and pancakes will also be available!

🕑 14:00 – Gates Open

🕞 14:30 – Pancake Race – A Wacky Obstacle Challenge!
This delightful and funny race is back for its second year in collaboration with Crosskovácsi!
If you want to join, all you need is your running shoes and a pancake pan! We’ll provide the pancakes, but you can bring your own if you prefer. No worries—the course is only a few hundred meters, so it’s doable for everyone!
(Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.)

🕞 15:30 – Doughnut-Eating Contest
"Are you skilled enough to eat your doughnut the fastest? – Warning! Hands are not allowed!"

🕟 16:30 – Carnival Quiz Game
Form a small team on the spot and compete to be the fastest to answer all the questions correctly!

🕠 17:30 – Live Music with The Crossfires (AISB students band)

Feel free to come in a mask, costume, with doughnuts, pancakes - or without!

Dress warmly, as we haven’t chased winter away yet, and it might still be chilly!
